Cookies & Similar Technologies: pixels, tags, web beacons, and analytics tools that help us understand site usage and improve performance. See Cookies below.
C) Information From Third-Party Sources
If you engage with our:

4) Cookies & Tracking Technologies
Types of Cookies We May Use
Strictly Necessary Cookies (required for core site functions).
Analytics/Performance Cookies (to understand traffic and improve UX).
Functional Cookies (to remember preferences, e.g., form inputs).
We request consent for non-essential cookies where required. You can manage cookies in your browser settings and via our cookie banner. Blocking certain cookies may affect site functionality.
Do Not Track (DNT) / Global Privacy Control (GPC): While many browsers offer DNT, there is no common standard. We currently do not respond to DNT signals. Where technically feasible, we honor GPC signals as an opt-out of non-essential tracking or targeted advertising (if any is used).
5) How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information. We may share limited data with:
Service Providers/Processors who perform services for us (e.g., website hosting, analytics, email delivery, course hosting, payment processing, scheduling, form collection). They are contractually required to protect your data and use it only as instructed.
Legal/Compliance: if required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
Business Transfers: in a merger, acquisition, or similar event, your information may be transferred to the new entity subject to this Policy.
Cross-Context Behavioral Advertising: We do not “sell” personal information or “share” it for cross-context behavioral advertising as these terms are defined in U.S. state privacy laws without your consent via our cookie tools (if such tools are deployed).
6) Data Retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described here, including to meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Examples:
Contact form & customer support: typically up to 24 months after last interaction.
Marketing subscriptions: until you unsubscribe or your email bounces, plus a short period to honor the request.
