Meet Ashley
RN, BSN, IBCLC, PP Doula, CHWI
Ashley Green is the Co-Founder and CEO of Latched Support Inc. and A&V Innovations LLC, two organizations working together to transform maternal and infant health through education, innovation, and community-based support. A Registered Nurse and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant, Ashley leads efforts to expand equitable access to prenatal education, doula care, and family support services. Drawing on both her professional expertise and lived experience with life-threatening pregnancy complications, she brings a deeply personal commitment to ensuring every family receives compassionate, culturally responsive care from pregnancy through early parenthood.

Meet Veronica
RN, MSN, IBCLC, CHWI,WHNP
Veronica Simpkins is a Registered Nurse, International Board Certified Lactation Consultant, and Co-Founder and CEO of Latched Support Inc. and A&V Innovations LLC. Through Latched Support, she leads community-based programs that provide equitable prenatal, parenting, and doula services across San Antonio. Through A&V Innovations, she co-develops digital learning tools and workforce training for birth workers and community health professionals nationwide. Veronica is passionate about building collaborative systems that empower families and strengthen the maternal health workforce.
